Leadership is a set of behaviors used to help people align their collective direction, to execute strategic plans, and to continually renew an organization.

When we give our scholars the opportunity to lead, we give them the opportunity to see in themselves something that they maybe didn’t see before. We teach them that they have a voice and that they have something incredibly valuable to contribute to the world.

We focus on social-emotional learning to teach emotional awareness and intelligence tools that will serve them throughout their lives.
