Harambee strives to produce passionate artists through mentorship in music, dance, visual arts, theater training and performance to enrich and transform the lives of its students. Harambee engages youth in the Pasadena community through summer programs, after school enrichment, and community outreach efforts. Below is a showcase of projects and productions featuring Harambee students.
Build University
At BUILD University, our high school scholars will have the opportunity to grow and develop in the exciting fields of music, film, fashion, and entrepreneurship to name a few. B.U. is designed to help you discover your passions and cultivate your talents, while also providing valuable leadership and life skills. Scholars will work with experienced instructors and fellow participants to learn new techniques and strategies. They will have the chance to put their skills into practice through hands-on projects and exercises.
