Junior Staff

We see youth as assets to the community and their families. Since 1989, the Junior Staff program has put young people to work in Northwest Pasadena. In addition to weekly Bible studies, college and career prep, tutoring, and access to the Teen Tech Lab, our Junior Staffers work two days a week at Harambee – and get a paycheck for it. We also offer more than just a program – we are also a type of extended family to youth who are lost and in need of an anchor. This “extended family” extends well beyond high school, as we track and affirm our former Junior Staffers through the college years.
